4OCPU11303使用的常见问题
问题1:4OCPU11303使用IEC编程很容易就报内存不足?
解决方法:140CPU11303对应有两个固件:1个对应140CPU11303,1个对应
140CPU11303S。当使用对应140CPU11303固件时,CPU既支持LL984,又支持IEC,但IEC容量会很小。如果用户确定自己的应用完全是IEC应用,请将CPU固件更新为
140CPU11303S固件,该操作后CPUIEC编程容量较原来会有极大的扩大。具体的操作:Quantum 11303固件更新为只支持IEC编程方式;在Concept软件中将CPU的型号由
140CPU11303修改为140CPU11303S。
问题2:将140CPU11303 PVO6固件刷为140CPU11303S,下载程序,运行正常,但停电后再供电,Run灯灭,IO模块Active灯灭,无法启动CPU且报错0004,再次下载程序后OK
解决方法:对于140CPU11303固件更新为140CPU11303S,下载程序并正常启动运行CPU后操作CPU停电后重新供电,正常的情况是CPU停电前是什么状态,重新供电后依然是什么状态,标题描述的现象显然是不正常的,我们针对另外一个新的140CPU11303 PVO6的CPU进行与标题描述完全相同的操作,没有复现出标题描述的故障现象,据此判断该故障现象为个体故障,而非批次故障,与140CPU11303硬件版本升级至PVO6以及PV06对应的固件更新文件Bug无关。另外,在CPU停机的状态下,所有IO模块上Active灯灭,这是正常现象。
问题3:140CPU11303下载程序时报错,显示的错误代码为“OLI-21707",但如果仅改变配置,其他程序不变,然后再下载到140CPU43412A中时,却又—切正常
解决方法:出现上述错误情况的原因是用户编程的Project中含有涉及浮点操作的EFB,对于140CPU43412A,它在不作任何处理的情况下即可支持浮点运算,而140CPU11303,如不作任何处理不支持浮点运算,所以如果在程序下载前没有下载相应的loadable文件,则将该
Project下载到140CPU11303中时会始终报错,但下载到140CPU43412A中时,却会一切正常.解决办法是在程序下载前先下载名为"EMUQ"的loadable文件。
