The Prosoft MVI46-ADMNET C programmable module is a C programmable application development communication module with Ethernet /IP capabilities that allows SLC automation processors to interface with Ethernet-enabled devices. It supports client and server protocols, allowing it to be used as a data collection subhost for a wide range of industrial applications, and it also allows for easy integration of various Ethernet-enabled devices to the SLC platform using user-written "C" code and apis. The MVI46-ADMNET is mounted on a single 1746 I/O chassis slot and has a maximum current of 800 MA at 5 volts DC. Its Multi-vendor Interface (MVI) module API supports Digital Mats and Borland c++ compilers, and requires 640kb of RAM program space to program.
