SGDA-04ASY238-低压通用变频输出电压为380~650V,输出功率为0.75~400kW,工作频率为0~400Hz,它的主电路都采用交—直—交电路。其控制方式经历了以下四代:
SGDA-04AS单、成本较低、机械特性硬度也较好,能够满足一般传动的平滑调速要求,已在产业的各个领域得到广泛应用。
矢量控制(VC)控制方式。其特点是能进行精确的速度控制,调速范围宽、动态响应快、抗过载能力强。
SGDA-04AS直接转矩控制(DTC)控制方式。其特点是控制简单、直观、易实现,并且在理论上具有等同于直流电机的动态性能极限。
矩阵式变换控制方式
伺服放大器是用来控制伺服电机的一种控制器,其作用类似于变频器作用于普通交流马达,属于伺服系统的一部分,主要应用于高精度的定位系统。一般是通过位置、速度和力矩三种方式对伺服电机进行控制,实现高精度的传动系统定位,是传动技术的高端产品。

伺服放大器具备防液能力,但不能完全防液且防腐蚀,所以需要做好电机的防护措施。

伺服驱动器应远离强干扰源,如电焊机、大功率硅整流装置和大型动力设备,不能与高压电器安装在同一个开关柜内。在柜内SGDA-01AP应远离动力线(二者之间距离应大于200mm)。与SGDA-01AP装在同一个柜子内的电感性负载,如功率较大的继电器、接触器的线圈,应并联RC消弧电路。

SGDA-04ASY238- Low voltage general frequency conversion output voltage is 380 ~ 650V, output power is 0.75 ~ 400kW, working frequency is 0 ~ 400Hz, its main circuit is AC-DC-AC circuit. Its control mode has experienced the following four generations:
SGDA-04AS single, low cost, mechanical hardness is also good, can meet the general transmission smooth speed requirements, has been widely used in various fields of the industry.
Vector control (VC) control mode. It is characterized by accurate speed control, wide speed range, fast dynamic response and strong anti-overload ability.
SGDA-04AS Direct Torque Control (DTC) control mode. It is characterized by simple control, intuitive, easy to implement, and theoretically has the same dynamic performance limit as DC motor.
Matrix transform control mode
Servo amplifier is a controller used to control the servo motor, its role is similar to the frequency converter acting on the ordinary AC motor, is a part of the servo system, mainly used in high-precision positioning system. Generally, the servo motor is controlled through three ways of position, speed and torque to achieve high-precision transmission system positioning, which is a high-end product of transmission technology.

The servo driver should be away from strong interference sources, such as welding machines, high-power silicon rectifier devices and large power equipment, and can not be installed in the same switch cabinet with high-voltage appliances. In the cabinet, SGDA-01AP should be far away from the power line (the distance between the two should be greater than 200mm). Inductive loads installed in the same cabinet as SGDA-01AP, such as high-power relays and contactor coils, should be connected to the RC arc suppression circuit.
