隔离式安全栅采用了将输入﹑输出以及电源三方之间相互电气隔离[1〕的电路结构,同时符合本安型限制能里的要求。与齐纳式安全相比,虽然价格略高,但它其它方面的突出优点却为用户应用带来了更大的受益:

1.由于采用了三方隔离方式,因此无需系统接地⒆绵路,给设计及现场施工带来极大方便。2对危险区的仪表要求大幅度降低。现场无需采用隔离式的仪表。

2由于信号线路无需共地s使得检测和控制回路信号的稳定性和抗干扰能力大大增强·从而提高了整个系统的可靠性。

3.隔离式安全栅具备更强的输入信号处理能力,能够接受并处理热电偶、热电阻、频率等信号,这是齐纳式安全栅所无法做到的。

4.隔离式安全栅[2]可输出两路相互隔离的信号,以提供给使用同一信号源的两台设备使用·并保证两设备信号不互相干扰。同时提高所连接设备相互之间的电气安全绝缘性能。
