工作原理

数字交流伺服驱动器的工作原理大致如下:


整流过程:功率驱动单元通过三相全桥整流电路对输入的三相电或市电进行整流,得到相应的直流电。

The VZ7000 digital AC servo drive accommodates a wide range of motor capacities from 5kW to 600kW, with further high-speed DSPS enabling a frequency response of 1256rad/sec or higher. Working principle

The working principle of the digital AC servo drive is roughly as follows:


Rectification process: The power drive unit rectifying the input three-phase or mains through the three-phase full bridge rectifier circuit to obtain the corresponding direct current.

Inverter process: VZ7000 UVZ701E rectified DC and then through the three-phase sinusoidal PWM voltage inverter frequency conversion, drive AC servo motor. The whole process can be simply described as AC-DC-AC conversion.
