概述

XVME-564 模拟量输入模块是一款功能强大的与VMEbus兼容的模拟量输入模块，可进行16位A/D转换。

The XVME-564 analog input module is A powerful VMEBus-compatible analog input module capable of 16-bit A/D conversion.

XVME-564 contains 64 single-ended, 32 differential, or 64 pseudo-differential analog input channels. The input channel is programmable to operate in one of five modes of operation: random channel, sequential channel, single channel, externally triggered, or automatic scan. Automatic scanning can be performed on 8, 16, 32 or 64 channels. The single channel gain can be software-programmed within three jumper selection ranges.

The XVME-564 can sample unipolar and bipolar inputs in a voltage range of 0-5V, 0-10V, +5V and +10V with programmable gain 1,2,4,5,8,10,20,40,50 or 100 which can be selected by the software.

The XVME-564 is pin-compatible with the XVME-560 analog input module, while providing higher resolution and speed
