The PCI-5565PIORC Thin PCl Express(PCle) reflective memory node card provides a high-speed, low-latency, deterministic interface that allows data to be shared between up to 256 independent systems (nodes) at rates of up to 170Mbyte/s. Each reflective memory board can be configured with 128MB or 256MB onboard SDRAM. Local SDRAM provides fast read access time to stored data. Write operations are stored in local SDRAM and broadcast to other reflective memory nodes via high-speed fiber data paths. Data transfer between nodes is software transparent, so there is no /O overhead. FIFOs slow data is sent and received during peak data rates to optimize host and bus performance and maintain high data throughput. The PCI-5565PIORC complies with the RoHS standard. It improves PIO read performance and field upgradable firmware.

Reflective memory allows computers, workstations, PLCS, and other embedded systems. The PCI-5565PIORC-10000 has controllers with different architectures and different operating systems to share real-time data.
