MVME-331TTU即配变终端设备(distributionTransformersupervisoryTerminalUnit),是用来监测并记录配电变压器运行工况,根据低压侧三相电压、电流采样值,每隔1~2min计算一次电压有效值、电流有效值、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数、有功电能、无功电能等运行参数,记录并保存一段时间(一周或一个月)和典型日上述数组的整点值,电压、电流的最大值、最小值及其出现时间,供电中断时间及恢复时间,记录数据保存在装置的不挥发内存中,在装置断电时记录内容不丢失。配网主站通过通信系统定时读取TTU测量值及历史记录,及时发现变压器过负荷及停电等运行问题,MVME331根据记录数据,统计分析电压合格率、供电可靠性以及负荷特性,并为负荷预测、配电网规划及事故分析提供基础数据。如不具备通信条件,使用掌上电脑每隔一周或一个月到现场读取记录,事后转存到配网主站或其他分析系统。
由于只有数据采集、记录与通信功能,而无控制功能,结构要简单得多。为简化设计及减少成本,TTU由配变低压侧直接变压整流供电,不配备蓄电池。在就地有无功补偿电容器组时,为避免重复投资,TTU要增加电容器投切控制功能。

Since there are only data acquisition, recording and communication functions, but no control functions, the structure is much simpler. In order to simplify the design and reduce the cost, the TTU is supplied by direct transformer rectifier on the low voltage side of the distribution transformer, and does not have a battery. In order to avoid repeated investment, the capacitor switching control function of TTU should be increased in the local reactive compensation capacitor bank.
