G771K201A系列伺服阀是可用作三通和理想的四通应用的节流型流量伺服阀、G771K201A系列伺服阀的二级高性能设计,其额定流量在阀压降为1000 psi时为25至60 gpm。阀的输出级为闭中位四通滑阀;先导级为由双气隙干式力矩马达驱动的对称双喷嘴挡板阀。阀芯位置机械反馈由反馈弹箸杆提供。阀的设计简单耐用,可提供可靠长久的平稳运行。这类阀适用于位置、速度、力《或压力〉伺服控制系统,并具有很高的动态响应。
G771K201A工作原理
输入一电流指令信号给力矩马达的线圈将会产生电磁力作用于衔铁的两端,衔铁因此而带动弹箸管内的挡板偏转。而挡板的偏转将减少某一个喷嘴的流量,进而改变了与此喷嘴相通的阀芯一侧压力,推动阀芯朝一边移动。阀芯的位移打开了供油口(P)与一个控制油口之间的通道。沟通了回油口(T)与另一控制油口之间的油路。同时阀芯的位移也对弹蔷杆产生一个作用力,此作用力形成了对衔铁挡板组件的回复力矩。当此回复力矩与由于力矩马达作用在衔铁挡板处的力矩相平衡时,挡板回到零位。滑阀阀芯保持这一平衡状态的开启位置,直到输入的给定信号发生变化。总之,阀芯的位移与输入的电流信号大小成正比,在恒定的阀口压降下,流过阀的负载流量与阀芯的位移成正比。

The G771K201A series servomotors are throttle flow servomotors for three-way and ideal four-way applications. The G771K201A series servomotors are a secondary high-performance design with a rated flow rate of 25 to 60 gpm at valve pressure drop of 1000 psi. The output stage of the valve is a closed medium four-way slide valve; The pilot stage is a symmetrical double nozzle flapper valve driven by a double air gap dry torque motor. How G771K201A works
The input of a current command signal to the coil of the torque motor will generate an electromagnetic force on both ends of the armature, which will deflect the baffle inside the bomb. The deflection of the baffle will reduce the flow rate of a certain nozzle, and then change the pressure on the side of the spool communicated with the nozzle, pushing the spool to move to one side. The displacement of the spool opens a passage between the oil supply port (P) and a control oil port. The oil circuit between the return oil port (T) and another control oil port is communicated. At the same time, the displacement of the valve core also produces a force on the spring rod, which forms a restoring torque to the armature baffle assembly. When this recovery torque is balanced with the torque acting on the armature baffle by the torque motor, the baffle returns to zero position. The spool of the slide valve holds this balanced open position until the given input signal changes. In short, the displacement of the spool is proportional to the size of the input current signal, and the load flow through the valve is proportional to the displacement of the spool at a constant valve port pressure drop.
