ICS Triplex digital DC input module provides input detection for 16 field input switches. There are three types of modules available for 24, 48 or 120 VDC field power supply input interfaces. The triple IO security bus interface for each module ensures that module failures do not affect the operation of the Regent system or other I/O modules in the system. Extensive fault detection and criticism announcement redundant circuits help prevent the controller from receiving incorrect data from the faulty input module. Three DC digital input modules can be connected in parallel to obtain fault-tolerant input sensing.
