针对外部设备的特征，设备工具箱，定义多种设备构件，建立系统与外部设备的连接关系，赋予相关的属性，实现对外部设备的驱动和控制。用户在设备工具箱中可方便选择各种设备。不同的设备构件，所有的设备构件均通过实时数据库建立联系；而建立时又是相互独立的，即对某一构件的操作或改动，不影响其他构件和整个系统。

开辟了“运行策略窗”口，用户可以选用系统提供的各种条件和功能的策略构件，用图形化的方法和简单的类Basic语言构造多分支的应用程序，按照设定的条件和顺序，操作外部设备，控制窗口的打开或关闭，与实时数据交换，实现自由，准确地控制运行流程，同时也可以由用户创建新的策略构件，扩展系统的功能。
