对于2台机组的公用系统,如厂用公用及备用电源系统等与热工控制系统一样,DCS的配置能够实现机组停止时,另一台机组的运行人员能对公用系统进行监控,并且要求采用可靠的措施,确保其控制命令的唯一性,即在同一时间只允许一套DCS系统对公用设备起控制作用。不能因为公用系统的存在,而使2台机组的DCS耦合在一起。

在工程实际应用过程中,依照DCS的特点采用了2种典型的方法来实现对公用系统的控制。九江三期的DCS是HITACHI公司生产的HIACS7000系统,在DCS的配置中,我们在2台机组中配置相同的硬件和软件,通过切换开关来实现操作权的转换。外部设备的信号通过冗余配置(模拟量)或通过扩展转换(开关量)分别送入2套DCS系统。同时因保证不出现误操作事故,还增加了相当部分的判据条件和l/0测点,这种方式的优点是当一台机组停运或检修,可以较方便地对DCS进行检查,同时也增大了控制的可靠性,缺点是增加了外部设备的数量,增加了费用。增加一个环节也就意味着增加了故障发生的可能。信阳一期、益阳一期的DCS是由Bailey公司提供的INFI-90系统,针对其系统结构采用了公用环,公用系统的控制全部通过公用环配置来实现。

For the utility system of 2 units, such as the plant utility and standby power system, as well as the thermal control system, the configuration of DCS enables the operator of the other unit to monitor the utility system when the unit is stopped, and requires reliable measures to ensure the uniqueness of its control commands. That is, only one DCS system is allowed to control the public equipment at the same time. The DCS of two units cannot be coupled together because of the existence of a common system.

According to the characteristics of DCS, two typical methods are used to control the common system in practical engineering application. The DCS of Jiujiang Phase III is the HIACS7000 system produced by HITACHI Company. In the configuration of DCS, we configured the same hardware and software in two units to realize the conversion of operation rights by switching switches. The signals from the external devices are fed into the two DCS systems either in a redundant configuration (analog) or by an extended conversion (switching). At the same time, to ensure that there is no misoperation accident, but also increased a considerable part of the criterion conditions and l/0 measuring points, the advantage of this method is that when a unit is out of service or maintenance, it can be more convenient to check the DCS, but also increase the reliability of the control, the disadvantage is to increase the number of external equipment, increase the cost. Adding a link also means increasing the possibility of failure. DCS of Xinyang Phase I and Yiyang Phase I are INFI-90 systems provided by Bailey Company. The common loop is adopted for its system structure, and the control of the common system is realized through the configuration of the common loop.
