The power supply has four leds that indicate the status of the power supply. The power LED is the top LED that is green when the backplane is powered on, and amber if the power switch is off. When the P/S failure LED lights up red, there is a power failure and there is no power to the backplane. When the power supply is near or above the maximum operating temperature, the overheated LED will light up in amber. When the power supply approaches or exceeds the maximum output capacity of any output, the overload LED lights up amber.

It is important that the doors of the unit remain closed during operation. This prevents the danger of electric shocks that can cause serious or fatal injury.
