General Electric has developed DS200SLCCG3AEE as a local area network (LAN) communication board. This card is manufactured as a member of the Mark V series replacement board. Any number of drives and exciters in the GE brand can install this board in its drive cabinet. This board provides the space required for LAN communication signal interfaces for the host driver.

The integrated LAN control processor (LCP) of the DS200SLCCG3AEE communication board can filter the signals received by the card. All program memory of LCP is stored in two EPROM memory boxes connected to the circuit board. The board also includes a dual port RAM, providing interface space for the LCP and host's driver control board. Both isolated and non isolated circuits can be used for communication signals. A programmable keyboard that can be connected allows users to easily access system diagnostics and settings.
