The IC693BEM330 is a remote I/O scanning module that supports Factory Instrumentation Protocol (FIP). The module belongs to the 90-30 series Programmable Logic controller (PLC) family, formerly manufactured by GE Fanuc and now owned by Emerson Automation. It is primarily used to implement a distributed I/O architecture, enabling users to communicate with I/O modules away from the host controller. Supports FIP I/O protocol and 1mhz data transmission rate. It comes with two (2) FIP channels, provided by a 9-pin D-shell female connector. It also has a SYNCHRO connector for termination of FIP synchronization cables. It requires a companion Molex connector with catalog number #39-01-4031.
