The 269-10C-240 is a motor management relay in the General Electric Multilin family for integrated protection and control of medium-size AC motors. 269-10C-240 Monitors failures and problems with motors and their mechanical loads. Coupled with an optional GE multimeter (MPM), the 269-10C240 is also able to monitor power and voltage and perform tasks based on these values.

The 269-10C-240 includes the following standard features:

Built-in local interface. The 269-10C-240 has a 48-character LCD display for viewing the actual value, the cause of tripping and alarm, and programming set values. The display is backlit for easy viewing.

Microcomputer control

Continuous self-testing. 269-10C-240 runs continuous self-tests regardless of whether a motor is running. An internal failure of the relay will result in a status indication on the front panel.

The help key. The Help function located on the front panel can be accessed at any time for more information.

Field programming. Keyboard and interface allow local programming and data viewing. The 269-10C-240 is already pre-programmed for some applications, but minor changes can be made to suit the end user.
