The IS200CABPG1A is the control component backplane PCB for GE's innovative series of drives.

The IS200CABPG1A, also known as the CABP board, is used to replace the back of the innovative series of card holders. The card is usually used as an interface unit. It features card slots into which other plates can be inserted. These boards can then interact and interface with external signals. Some of these external signals include input from diagnostic tools, user interface keyboards, panel meters, ISBus ports, or from the power supply. CABP is typically mounted on the innovative series of bracket assemblies. The rack, which is sold separately, has mounting points for other PCBS to be plugged into the CABP.

The IS200CABPG1A's non-board connection design prevents them from accidentally inserting the wrong connector. The board connection design on CABP is similar, so each card slot is set up individually for a specific board. Knowing where each board is on this PCB is crucial because trying to force the card into the wrong slot can end up damaging the board and card slot. The board has nine connections, equivalent to five slots. Slot 1 is allocated to the BAIA. Slot 2 is assigned to the DSPX PCB. Slot 3 is assigned to the ACL_ board or GBIA/PBIA module. Slot 4 is assigned to a BIC_ card. Slot 5 is assigned to a BPI_ or FOSA card. There are two plug-in connections, labeled E2 and E1, to GND. E4 and E3 plug connections are used for CCOM. Ports J1-12 are external ports, and ports J13-J21 are card slots.
