IS200BPVAG1B is a PCB(printed circuit board) assembly created by General Electric for the Speedtronic Mark VI series. The MKVI has triple redundant backup on all key control and protection parameters, making it the third Speedtronic system to offer triple redundant control. Many of the modules in the MKVI can be either simplex or triple-redundant, depending on the size and complexity of the turbine system.

The IS200BPVAG1B is designed as a baseboard that sits on the base of the rack system. The rack system splits the card in two, and the front half of the card can still be accessed from the outside of the rack. The back half of the card is surrounded by a rack system so that the board inserted into the backplane is supported by the sides of the rack. It is important to note that the rack is separate from the IS200BPVAG1B board.

IS200BPVAG1B contains 21 board connectors. These cards can accept different kinds of cards. The front half of the board has two input/output lines. One line has 21, the other 20. These I/ OS support transmission between boards inserted into the backplane.
