The IS200BICLH1AEC is an IGBT Driver/Source Bridge PCB (BICL) created by GE. This board was made for the Innovation series.

The main purpose of the IS200BICLH1AEC is to act as a middleman for an innovative family of devices and bridging individual interface PCBS (BPIB, SCNV or BPIA). BICL usually acts as the interface between them. It uses an interface with system fault display and PWM speed control. The card has a serial 1024-bit memory, which holds information about the identification and revision of the board.

The only thing on the IS200BICLH1AEC panel is a label telling the user to install the board only in slot number 5 and two parentheses. The label is important because inserting the BICL card into the wrong slot can damage the card or damage the slot. A bracket on the panel helps install or remove the BICL from the card holder. Next to the bracket are two screws that can be used to further secure the BICL to the rack.

There are a number of internal components on the IS200BICLH1AEC. There are 3 transistors, a red metal oxide varistor, 4 relays, 15 integrated circuits, 3 diodes, 31 capacitors and 73 resistors. There are also two P1 and P2 connectors, located on the right edge of the board. Two pin connectors connect the BICL to the card holder.
