The IS200AEPCH1A  is a circuit board component made to fit into and be a replacement part for GE Speedtronic Mark VI systems. The MKVI contains timings, systems, and controls that have been created to ensure the reliable, safe operation of steam, hydro, and gas industrial turbines. 

The IS200AEPCH1A is a rectangular shaped card that, unlike many Mark VI boards, does not have a faceplate attached.   The board is designed with factory-made drill holes located in each board corner to allow for mounting.  Each of these components is ringed with conductive material.   Several other factory-drilled holes are located in the body of the board and along the edge of the IS200AEPCH1A. 

The IS200AEPCH1A typically has an auxiliary or daughterboard mounted to its surface near the center of the primary board.  The two boards mate together using standoffs and screw mounts.  This auxiliary board is populated with FPGAs and other integrated circuits, female connectors, transistors, diodes, resistors, and capacitors.   This auxiliary board is marked with codes like FA/00 and DCOM.
