The IS200AEAAH1A is manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of its Speedtronic family. The board is part of the Mark VI series, one of the later Speedtronic systems, offering triple modular redundancy control in a Windows-based operating system pre-installed with proprietary software such as simplicity and GE Control System Toolbox.

The IS200AEAAH1A is designed with a large number of surface mount components. There are multiple connectors on the board surface, including three terminal strips that are placed parallel to each other. Each of these strips has 12 separate connectors. The board also features 16 plug connectors, a three-pin male vertical plug and a two-position female vertical plug. In addition, there is a right Angle connector along a short side.

Other components include eight relays, four in each group. Next to it are two radiators and three wire-wound resistors. The board also uses metal film resistors and other resistors, capacitors and diodes, and more than 40 integrated circuits. For easy identification, most components are marked with reference marks. The board is marked with its board identification number and code 6BA00.
