Product description

While motor system management is no easy task, GE Multilin's 369-HI-R-B-0-0 simplifies the process with its adaptive capabilities and advanced metering technology. Designed to protect, monitor and manage medium sized AC motor systems, the 369-HI-R-B-0-0 has a variety of tools at its disposal, such as a quick trip program and FlexCurve™ technology, to extend motor life and reduce downtime.

The model also includes optional backspin detection, a feature not included in many other versions of the part. Backspin detection improvements also include a more general metering function that detects the flow reversal of the pump motor and then schedules the motor restart within the fastest safe time interval. This process can easily correct the reverse rotation and restore the normal function of the motor system. This both minimizes downtime and reduces motor damage that can occur if the problem is not checked.

The motor health reporting feature of the 369-HI-R-B-0-0 is built into every version of the model and provides key insights into the motor's historical operation during stop and start. The report contained the following:

The startup trend data includes voltage, current, current imbalance, thermal capacity used (TCU), and switch contact status
