The 369-HI-B-M-0-0 is a relay module for the General Electric 369 series. These motor protection relays are used to protect three-phase motors and related equipment. While these devices have been moved to a traditional state by Oems, AX Control does its best to keep as many versions as possible in our warehouse to better meet customer needs. In some cases, we may have leftover modules available that have been refurbished and never used. For more information please contact our staff.

The 369-HI-B-M-0-0 includes three RS485 rear ports and one RS232 front panel port. The set values of the device can be entered using software and a connected computer, or using a 40-bit LCD display and front panel keyboard. The front panel also includes multiple LED indicators (all marked for easy identification). The rear panel of the device includes a customer-accessible fuse.

The 369-HI-B-M-0-0 has cyclotron voltage detection as an option. This input allows the relay to detect whether the motor is rotating after the primary power supply has been removed. The cyclotron voltage input must be provided by a separate VT mounted on the motor side (downstream) of the contact or circuit breaker. This option also allows 369 to check the bus active level before automatically restarting to allow the bus voltage to recover.
