The GE simplex trip plate DS200TCTGG1AFF is equipped with 21 plug-in relays. It also has three 50-pin connectors and two 12-pin connectors. The ids assigned to the 50-pin connector are JLY, JLX, and JLZ. The ids assigned to the 12-pin connector are JN and JM.

The numbers of the 21 external relays begin with a K and end with a number. The numbers start at 1 in order. Some of these ids are K1, K5, K10, and K21. The relay is stuck to the circuit board and secured with a metal strap. To remove the relay, disassemble the metal tape and pull the relay out of the connector. When installing the relay, align the relay with the connector and press it into the connector. Then, attach one end of the metal band to the connector, attach the metal band to the top of the relay, and attach it to the other side of the connector.

When replacing the relay, you need to remove the GE simplex trip board DS200TCTGG1AFF from the drive. Talk to engineers or installers who are familiar with drive installation and experienced with drive power supplies.
