Product description

The IS230STAOH2A is a PCB component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is a gas and steam turbine management platform released by General Electric as part of the Speedtronic product line. The platform can be designed as a triple redundant or single system to meet the size and complexity of its associated turbine system.

IS230STAOH2A serves as a discrete input/output terminal board. The assembly can be mounted on a din rail. It accepts up to 24 groups of isolated contact inputs. The nominal voltage of these contacts should be 125 V dc. The IS230STAOH2A is the most powerful of the three available TDBT boards.

The IS230STAOH2A consists of two terminal blocks (TB1/TB2) that are located side by side on a longboard edge. There are also 12 relays on the board, which are placed on 3 lines with 4 per line, 49 metal oxide varystors (MOVs), 3 female connectors (JE1, JW1, and JW2), and various resistors, diodes, capacitors, and integrated circuits. Each input has filters for surge suppression and high-frequency noise reduction. The board has no jumpers or configurable hardware.

The IS230STAOH2A is mounted on a sheet metal carrier designed for mounting onto a DIN rail. The IS230STAOH2A and its insulators can also be mounted directly to the metal plate assembly and bolted into the cabinet.
