SAIABURS PCD3.R60X是一套由控制器CPU硬件、接口卡、软件工具组成的控制系统，全部的零部件都是由Saia-Burgess Controls 开发和生产。 ————使用最新的 COLDFIRE 处理器，最多可控制 1023 个本地输入输出点（IOs），强大的通讯能力, ————512Kbytes板载内存以及全新的Saia NT嵌入式操作系统大大提高了PCD3系列产品的性能 ————使用Saia Burgess Controls研发的PG5编程软件以及附带的HMI Editor和大量的应用库进行编程 PCD3系列产品在外形和设计上是一致的，但与PCD1/2有区别。与 PCD2.M170 相比，性能大大提高，运算速度快5倍，寄存器多3倍，内置2个串行通讯接口外加 USB 接口，在 IO 接口上还可以插入串行通讯卡。操作系统支持各种通讯协议，如：S-Bus， Profibus，TCP/IP 等
