IS220PPDAH1B is the I/O package of Mark VIe. The backplanless and Ethernet-based Mark VIe distributed control solution improves system availability and simplifies operation and maintenance throughout the life cycle. The foundation of the industrial Internet relies heavily on Ethernet transmission. As an alternative to rack-based control, the Mark VIe system uses this flexible, high-speed, low-cost communication at the lowest level of control system design.

I/O can be distributed or centralized, and master and security controls can coexist on the same network while maintaining functional independence. In addition, the master control can listen to the security input without interference, thus reducing the cost of field meter duplication.

For programming, configuration, trend analysis, and analytical diagnostics of Mark controls and related systems, the ControlST* software suite is used, including the ToolboxST* application software.
