The GE power excitation board DS200RTBAG5A is an optional board installed in the drive cabinet, with ten relays that can be directly driven by the pilot relay or remotely driven by the user. The DS200RTBAG5A is designed to be installed in the drive's cabinet, but is usually not installed in the rack. On the contrary, it is usually fixed below the rack and secured to four brackets with four screws and washers. The bracket lifts the circuit board above the cabinet to prevent it from touching the metal surface of the cabinet.

To remove the DS200RTBAG5A circuit board, remove the four screws and washers and place them in a safe place to secure the replacement board. If one of the screws or washers falls inside the drive, it must be located to prevent damage to the component when the drive is powered on again while the screws are still missing.

The pluggable circuit allows you to access the K9-K37 relay through connectors C27PL-C29PL and Y1PL-Y5PL. You can configure the circuit board through jumpers to define the power supply of the relay. To connect the wire to one of the connectors, press the connector's retaining clip and insert the wire. Release the clip and secure the wires. To remove the wire, press the clip and pull the wire out.
