GE Fanuc IC695CPU315-CD CPU is a Rx3i PAC Systems 1.0 Gigahertz Celeron M CPU with 20 MB of user memory. Accessories that can be ordered with CPU include IC695ACC302 intelligent auxiliary battery, IC693ACC302 ordinary auxiliary battery and IC690RBT001 rechargeable battery. Only auxiliary battery pack approved by GEIP can be used with CPU module. In addition to the battery-powered RAM, the module also includes 20 MB NVRAM. IC695CPU315-CD CPU reserves 32 kb of memory for discrete I/O and 32 kb for analog I/O. Up to 512 program blocks are supported, and the size of each program block is 128 KB.
