DCS分为I/O板控制器、通信网络和人机界面(HMI) 三部分。I/0板通过 端子板直接连接到生产过程，从传感器读取信号。有几种不同类型的I/0板，每种类型的/0板都有

I模拟输入，4-20MA标准信号板和毫伏信号板，用于读取热电偶;4-16个通道不同;
