DCS分为I/O板控制器、通信网络和人机界面(HMI) 三部分。I/0板通过 端子板直接连接到生产过程,从传感器读取信号。有几种不同类型的I/0板,每种类型的/0板都有

I模拟输入,4-20MA标准信号板和毫伏信号板,用于读取热电偶;4-16个通道不同;

开关量输出,开关量输入输出也分为不同电压等级的板子,如直流24伏、125伏;交流 220伏或115伏等8-16个通道不同;
I脉冲音量输入,用于信号采集速率;4-8个通道不相等;
