The device is a small modular PLC with 23 I/O points, i.e. 13 discrete inputs, rated at 24 volts DC, 9 relay outputs and 1 discrete output, rated at 24 volts DC. All inputs and outputs are powered by an external power supply rated at 120/240 volts AC. Like all other devices in the VersaMax product family, the GE Fanuc IC200UAL006 VersaMax PLC can be programmed online using GE Fanuc/Emerson PAC Machine Edition software. It can also be programmed by inserting a pre-programmed accessory memory module to ensure that the application process is not interrupted, as the PLC can evaluate all changes while the application is still running.
