The GE IC693MDL930 module is a digital output module. The IC693MDL930 output module can be installed in any slot of the 5-slot or 10-slot backplane in the GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC system. The IC693MDL930 module has eight normally open relay circuits for managing user loads. The output switch capacity of a single module output is 4 amps. Each module output is isolated from the other module output, and each module output has its own common terminal. The IC693MDL930 module does not include any fuses. The power supply for the user field device connected to the module output needs to be supplied by the user. An LED indicator indicating the status of each output point is located at the top of the module.

The IC693MDL930 module is rated for 24 volts DC or 120 to 240 volts AC. The operating voltage is 5 to 30 volts direct current or 5 to 250 volts alternating current (50 to 60 Hz). For UL installations, the peak load is a resistance current of 4 amps per output, a pilot operating current of 2 amps per output and a maximum of 20 amps per IC693MDL930 module. For switching inductive loads, the relay contact life is the same as the resistive load contact life when the suppressor circuit is used.
