The GE Fanuc Versamax IC200MDL650K discrete input module is designed for DC input devices. The input characteristics of the module are compatible with various input devices and can be configured for positive or negative logic inputs. The IC200MDL650 split input module draws up to 50 MA of current from the PLC backplane. This 24 volt DC input module does not have any derating at 24 volts DC, and its exact function depends on the external voltage, the direction of the DIN rail to which it is attached, and the ambient temperature. Each input point has an LED indicator that provides the on/off status of the input channel. Inputs are compatible with user-supplied input devices, such as sensors, limit switches and buttons.
