The IC200CHS002M is a boxed I/O carrier manufactured by Ge Fanuc for its VersaMax family. The carrier consists of 36 IEC box terminals. The IC200CHS002M provides backplane communication, installation, and field cabling for an input/output module.

The IC200CHS002M has many features, including the ability to support wiring up to 32 input/output points and 4 shared power connections. The carriage is equipped with a set of easy-to-set keying controls to ensure the correct module type is installed correctly. The keys are set to match the keys on the bottom of the module, and carrier-to-carrier male/female connectors help to quickly install connections on the backplane without the need for additional cables or tools. The module latch latch is used to secure the module to the bracket, and the transparent protective hinge door covers the terminal. Secondary I/O terminal strips allow the use of additional bus connection points.

During installation, the IC200CHS002M can be easily stuck on the 7.5mm x 35 mm DIN rail. It is important to electrically ground the DIN rail to provide EMC protection.
