EPRO CON021涡轮传感器与前置器形成一个振荡器，振幅随着传感器探头与金属被测物的接近与衰减，衰减的幅度与传感器和被测物之间的距离成正比。出厂前已经使用校准材料42CrMo4对传感器与前置器成套地进行了线性校准，因此安装时不需要再做校准。用户只需要调整传感器和测量面之间的气隙，直至从前置器的输出得到所需信号。

传感器型号：

为了满足各种测量需要和环境要求，EPRO提供多种型号及配置的涡轮传感器供用户选择。

传感器带有安装螺纹或矩形安装法兰。

测量范围为1mm至20mm。

螺纹尺寸为ф6mm、ф10mm和ф18mm 公制或英制螺纹。

根据型号的不同，传感器可有以下选择：

1、不同螺纹长度；

2、电缆的末端可选择自锁式防水接头或裸线方式；

3、电缆可选择铠装或非铠装；

4、1m电缆处可选择有接头或无接头；

5、适用温度：-35℃-+380℃。

PR6423/002-000 CON021 9200-00006N Sensor module

The EPRO CON021 turbine sensor forms an oscillator with the preprocessor, and the amplitude of the attenuation is proportional to the distance between the sensor and the metal object as the sensor probe approaches and attenuates. The sensor and preprocessor have been linearly calibrated in complete sets using calibration material 42CrMo4 before delivery, so no calibration is required during installation. The user only needs to adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface until the desired signal is obtained from the output of the preprocessor.

To meet various measurement needs and environmental requirements, EPRO offers turbine sensors in a wide range of models and configurations.

Sensor with mounting thread or rectangular mounting flange.

The measuring range is 1mm to 20mm.

The thread sizes are Phi 6mm, Phi 10mm and Phi 18mm metric or imperial threads.

Depending on the model, the following sensor options are available:

1, different thread length;

2, the end of the cable can choose self-locking waterproof connector or bare wire mode;

3, the cable can choose armoured or non-armoured;

4, 1m cable can be selected with or without connectors;

5, applicable temperature: -35℃-+380℃.
