MMS6312双通道转速/键相模块MMS6312 EPRO特点:

双通道转速测星模块,监测轴的旋转速度。可在运行中更换,可单独使用,冗余电源输入。

扩展的自检功能,内置传感器自检功能,口令保护操作级。

适用涡流传感器PR642./..系列加前置器CONOX1,或者PR9376/..传感器。电隔离的电流输出。

RS232/485端口用于现场组态及通讯,可读出测量值。应用:

这种模块的测量可以和其它模块的测量一起组成涡轮机械保护系统,以及作为输入提供给分析诊断系统、现场总线系统、分散控制系统、电厂/主计算机、网络如:WAN/LAN网、局域网。对于蒸汽机、燃汽机、水轮机、压缩机、风扇、离心机以及其它涡轮机械,使用本系统可提高使用效率、运行安全性和延长机械使用寿命。

4.报警闭锁

在下列情况下,模将闭锁报警输出:—模块故障((系统供电或软件错误)-外部[闭锁(z22接OV)

-通道故障

此时前面板报警指示灯熄灭。5.状态监测

模块不间断地检查测量回路,在发现故障时给予指示,并在必要时闭锁报警输出。MMS6312状态指示有三种途径:

一通过前面板“通道正常”指示灯;-通过“通道正常”输出1/2;

一通过计算机及组态软件在 Device status显示。a.通道监测

模块检查输入信号的直流电压值。当输入信号超过设定通道正常上限或低于设定下限时,给出通道错误指示(传感器短路或断路)。在使用霍尔效应传感器时,高频时信号电压可能会超过供电电压。所以通道正常上限应设为27.4V。此时该信号不能用于检测线路故障。如果输入信号低于间隙限值,模块会在软件Status.给出间隙错误指示。相应通道的通道正常指示灯以0.2秒的频率闪烁。

b.通道正常指示灯

正常测量时,通道正常指示灯呈绿色。

某—通道发生故障时,相应的通道正常指示灯熄灭。发生模块故障时,两个通道的通道正常指示灯都熄灭。

发生间隙错误时,相应的通道正常指示灯以0.2秒的频率闪烁。参数设置错误时,相应的通道正常指示灯以1秒的频率闪烁。c.通道正常输出

模块有两路“通道正常”输出:

通道1 : C1-C, C1-E(z26,z28);通道2: C2-C, C2-E(z30,z32)其工作方式为常闭。

如果要把几个通道正常输出串联起来,MMS6312应考虑在每个输出上会产生大1.5V的电压降。所以使用RELO20时,只能串联4个输出;使用REL 010时可以串联8个输出;而 REL 054可以串联12个输出。

The dual-channel rotational speed measuring module MMS6312 measures the rotational speed of the shaft, using the output generated by the trigger gear and pulse sensor. Two channels can be used independently and can be used for measurement:

- Speed of both axes;

- Zero speed of both axes;

- The key phase pulse signal of two axes, one key phase trigger identifier for each axis, to describe the phase;

- When using multi-tooth trigger gear, press the mode of output pulse per revolution (independent of phase) to get the key phase pulse signal of two axes. MMS6312 Two channels can be used in combination:

- Monitor the rotation direction of an axis; - Monitor the speed difference between the two axes;

- As part of a multichannel or redundant system.

Measurements of this module can be combined with measurements of other modules to form turbomachinery protection systems, as well as provided as input to analytical diagnostic systems, fieldbus systems, decentralized control systems, power plants/main computers, networks such as WAN/LAN networks, local area networks. For steam engines, gas engines, water turbines, compressors, fans, centrifuges and other turbo-machinery, the use of this system can improve the efficiency, operation safety and prolong the service life of the machinery.


4. Alarm lock

The mode will block the alarm output in the following cases: - Module failure ((system power supply or software error)- external [block (z22 connected to OV)

- Channel failure

The front panel alarm light is off. 5. Condition monitoring

The module continuously checks the measurement loop, gives an indication when a fault is found, and locks the alarm output if necessary. MMS6312 status indication has three ways:

Pass the "Channel Normal" indicator on the front panel; - Output 1/2 through "Channel Normal";

A display in Device status through computer and configuration software. a. Channel monitoring

The module checks the DC voltage value of the input signal. When the input signal exceeds the normal upper limit of the set channel or is lower than the set lower limit, the channel error indication (sensor short circuit or open) is given. When using a Hall effect sensor, the signal voltage may exceed the supply voltage at high frequencies. Therefore, the normal upper limit of the channel should be set at 27.4V. In this case, the signal cannot be used to detect line faults. If the input signal is below the clearance limit, the module will give a clearance error indication in the software Status. The channel normal indicator of the corresponding channel blinks at a frequency of 0.2 seconds.

b. Normal channel indicator

During normal measurement, the channel indicator is green.

When a - channel is faulty, the normal indicator of the channel is off. When a module fault occurs, the channel normal indicators of both channels are off.

When a gap error occurs, the corresponding channel normal indicator blinks at a frequency of 0.2 seconds. If the parameter is incorrectly set, the corresponding channel normal indicator blinks at a frequency of 1 second. c. The channel output is normal

The module has two "channel normal" outputs:

Channel 1: C1-C, C1-E(z26,z28); Channel 2: C2-C, C2-E(z30,z32) Its working mode is normally closed.

If several channels of normal outputs are to be connected in series, the MMS6312 should be considered to produce a large 1.5V voltage drop on each output. So when using RELO20, only 4 outputs can be connected in series; With REL 010, 8 outputs can be connected in series; The REL 054 can connect 12 outputs in series.
