模块的设计满足通用的国际标准,如:API670、VDI2056、VDI2059。这种模块的测量可以和其它模块的测量一起组成涡轮机械保护系统以及作为输入提供给分析诊断系统、现场总线系统、分散控制系统、电厂/主计算机、网络如:WAN/LAN网、以太网。

对于蒸汽机、燃汽机、水轮机、压缩机、风扇、离心机以及其它涡轮机械,使用本系统可提高使用效率、运行安全性和延长机械使用寿命。MMS6120为双通道轴承振动测量模块,可以神动式速度传感器测量轴承振动(瓦振)来监测和保护各种类型的涡轮机械,如:汽轮机、燃汽轮机、压缩机、风扇、齿轮箱、鼓风机、离心机等。

安装在轴瓦上的传感器的输出信号与轴瓦的*振动成正比。MMS6120模块将两个通道的传感器输入信号分别转换成标准信号输出。模块的其它部分提供报警、传感器供电、模块供电、通道和传感器的检测及信号滤波等功能。

模块内置微处理器,可以通过现场便携机或远程通讯总线设置工作方式和参数,读取所有测量值,进行频谱分析。后一次起/停机过程存储在模块中,可以通过计算机显示。

1.信号输入

MMS6120有两路独立的电动式速度传感器信号输入—SENS 1H (z8)/SENS1L (z10)和SENS 2H (d8)/SENS 2L (d10)。与之匹配的速度传感器为德国epro公司生产的PR926X系列电动式传感器,输入电压范围为-5...+15V dc。

模块为每个传感器提供一个0...8mA的提升线圈电流,可补偿传感器线圈的机械沉降,此补偿电流在组态中可选:SENS 1+(z6)/SENS1- (b6)和SENS 2+(d6)/SENS 2- (b8) 。

传感器信号可以在模块前面板上SMB接口处测到。

此外模块还备有键相信号输入(必须大于13V),该信号是速度控制方式及频谱分析所必需的。2信号输出

a.特征值输出

模块有两路代表特征值的电流输出:l1+(z18)/ l1-(b18)和l2+(z20)/ 12-(b20),可设定为...20mA或.20mA模块有两路代表特征值的0...10 V电压输出EO 1 (d14) /EO 2 (d16)。

b.动态信号输出

模块提供两路0..20 Vpp动态信号输出AC1(z14)/AC2 (z16)用于频谱分析。0...20 Vpp相当于特征值的量程。
