双通道轴振动测量模块MMS6110,使用涡流传感器的输出测量轴径向的相对振动,每个通道可独立使用:这种模块的测量可以和其它模块的测量—起组成涡轮机械保护系统,以及作为输入提供给分析诊断系统、现场总线系统、分散控制系统、电厂/主计算机、网络如:WAN/LAN网、以太网。对于蒸汽机、燃汽机、水轮机、压缩机、风扇、离心机以及其它涡轮机械，使用本系统可提高使用效率、运行安全性和延长机械使用寿命。

主要功能:

汽轮机、磨煤机、风机、减速机、水泵、离心机、平衡机、空压机等旋转类机械的轴瓦振动的监测和保护。

MMS6110功能说明:

1、测量值、报警设定值，可分别在LED数码管上显示。

2、当超过报警设定值时，报警指示灯亮，同时在后面板输出开关信号，保护被监控设备，报警设置延时调整，范围1-60秒，以防止现场干扰引起误报警。

3、MMS6110设有电流输出接口，可与计算机、DCS、PLC系统、无纸记录仪等设备连接。

4、具有上、掉电检测功能，传感器掉线检测功能，同时切断报警．停机输出回路，有效抑制仪表误。

MMS6110双通道轴振动监测保护仪特点:

1、可以同时显示两个测量点上的同一参数，或者任意一个测量点上的三种参数(加速度，速度，位移)。

2、符合标准ISO2954，用于周期性运动测量，以检测运动机械的不平衡和偏离。

The two-channel shaft vibration measurement module MMS6110 uses the output of the eddy current sensor to measure the relative vibration of the shaft diameter. MMS6110 Function Description:

1, measurement value, alarm setting value, can be respectively displayed on the LED digital tube.

2, when the alarm setting value is exceeded, the alarm indicator is on, and the switch signal is output on the rear panel to protect the monitored device, and the alarm setting delay adjustment is in the range of 1-60 seconds to prevent false alarm caused by field interference.
