PR6423-003-010 涡流非接触式传感器是一种基于电涡流效应工作的位移传感器,具有灵敏度高、非接触测量、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强、不受油污等介质的影响等特点,并且能测量电导率低的非金属材料的位移和振动,常被用于工业测量中。

电涡流位移传感器的工作原理是:前置器产生高频振荡电流通过电缆流入探头线圈,线圈会产生轴向磁场,当被测金属体靠近这个磁场,在被测金属表而产生涡流,从而引起线圈阻抗值变化,间距不同电涡流作用不同,线圈阻抗值也不同。在实际应用中,将线圈阻抗值的变化经前置器检波、放大转换成电压或电流的变化,实现将机械位移(间隙)值转换成电压值。


PR6423-003-010电涡流位移传感器主要用于非接触的线性化测量,能连续准确地采集到转子振动状态的多种参数。

PR6423-003-010 Eddy current non-contact sensor is a kind of displacement sensor based on eddy current effect. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, non-contact measurement, fast response speed, strong anti-interference ability, not affected by oil and other media, etc., and can measure the displacement and vibration of non-metallic materials with low electrical conductivity, which is often used in industrial measurement.

The working principle of the eddy current displacement sensor is: the preprocessor generates a high-frequency oscillation current through the cable into the probe coil, the coil will generate an axial magnetic field, when the measured metal body is close to the magnetic field, the eddy current is generated in the measured metal meter, which causes the coil impedance value to change, the eddy current effect is different with different spacing, the coil impedance value is also different. In practical application, the change of coil impedance value is detected and amplified by the preprocessor to convert the change of voltage or current, and the mechanical displacement (gap) value is converted into voltage value.


PR6423-003-010 eddy current displacement sensor is mainly used for non-contact linearization measurement, which can continuously and accurately collect a variety of parameters of rotor vibration state.
