模拟信号和数字信号的相互转换方法如下:


模拟信号转数字信号:

采样:IC695PSD140E模拟信号时间和幅度均连续。数字化时首先被等间隔地采样,完成时间离散化,但在幅度上还是连续的。经过采样处理之后,模拟信号变成了离散时间信号。

量化:每个信号采样的幅度以某个最小数量单位的整数倍来度量。这时信号不仅在时间上不再连续,在幅度上也不连续了。经过量化处理之后,离散时间信号变成了数字信号。


编码:IC695PSD140E将数字信号编码成B位长度的二进制字。虽然在量化之后信号已经变成了数字信号,但二进制字的表示方法有很多。ADC还要根据精度、动态范围及实现成本等多个角度选择所需的二进制编码方式。


数字信号转模拟信号:IC695PSD140E与模拟信号转数字信号的过程相反,首先经过解码器解码,再通过数模转换器转换。

The analog input module is a device that collects the analog signal from the remote field to the computer. It uses the RS-485 bus as a data communication line to provide the analog to 485 function, which can simultaneously input the analog to the module and transmit it to the computer through the RS-485 bus. As the RS-485 interface is used as the communication interface, it can combine multiple modules to transmit more analog signals, and can be distributed on the 485 line, using the address code to distinguish, and can directly access the configuration software of MODBUS RTU protocol.

The conversion method of analog signal and digital signal is as follows:


Analog signal to digital signal:

Sampling: IC695PSD140E analog signal time and amplitude are continuous. When digitizing, it is first sampled at equal intervals to complete the time discretization, but it is still continuous in amplitude. After sampling processing, the analog signal becomes a discrete time signal.

Quantization: The magnitude of each signal sample is measured as an integer multiple of some minimum quantity unit. The signal is no longer continuous not only in time, but also in amplitude. After quantization, the discrete-time signal becomes a digital signal.


Encoding: IC695PSD140E encodes digital signals into B-bit length binary words. Although the signal has become a digital signal after quantization, there are many ways to represent binary words. ADC also selects the desired binary encoding based on multiple perspectives such as accuracy, dynamic range and implementation cost.


Digital signal to analog signal: The IC695PSD140E is the opposite of the process of analog signal to digital signal, which is first decoded by a decoder and then converted by a digital-to-analog converter.
