用于轴相对振动测量轴相对振动模式用于提供给工厂中最关键旋转设备以提高可靠性。该功能与其它CSI A6500 ATG监测模块配合使用时，可形成一个完整的API670机械保护监测系统

其应用包括汽轮机、燃气轮机、压缩机和水轮机。

轴相对振动测量的主要功能是通过被测量参数与报警设定值进行比较，驱动报警和

继电器输出，从而准确监测轴相对振动并以可靠的方式保护设备。

轴相对振动包括一个穿过轴承壳体安装或安装在轴承内部以旋转轴或监测目标安装

在轴承外壳上以旋转轴作为监测目标的位移传感器。
