概述:

 

交流接触器利用主接点来控制电路,用辅助接点来导通控制回路。

主接点一般是常开接点,而辅助接点常有两对常开接点和常闭接点,小型的接触器也经常作为中间继电器配合主电路使用。

交流接触器的接点,由银钨合金制成,具有良好的导电性和耐高温烧蚀性。

交流接触器动作的动力源于交流通过带铁芯线圈产生的磁场,电磁铁芯由两个「山字形的幼硅钢片叠成,其中一个固定铁芯,套有线圈,工作电压

可多种选择。为了使磁力稳定,铁芯的吸合面加上短路环。交流接触器在失电后,依靠弹簧复位。

另-半是活动铁芯,构造和固定铁芯-样,用以带动主接点和辅助接点的闭合断开。

交流接触器制作为- -个整体,外形和性能也在不断提高,但是功能始终不变。无论技术的发展到什么程度,普通的交流接触器还是有 其重要的地位。

空气式电磁接触器(英文: Magnetic Contactor) :主要由接点系统、电磁操动系统、支架、辅助接点和外壳(或底架)组成。

因为交流电磁接触器的线圈一般采用交流电源供电, 在接触器激磁之后,通常会有一声高分贝的"咯” 的噪音,这也是电磁式接触器的特色。

80年代后,各国研究交流接触器电磁铁的无声和节电,基本的可行方案之一是将交流电源用变压器降压后, 再经内部整流器转变成直流电源后供

电,但此复杂控制方式并不多见。

真空接触器:真空接触器是接点系统采用真空消磁室的接触器。

半导体接触器:半导体接触器是一种通过改变电路回路的导通状态和断路状态而完成电流操作的接触器。

永磁接触器:永磁交流接触器是利用磁极的同性相斥、异性相吸的原理,用永磁驱动机构取代传统的电磁铁驱动机构而形成的一种微功耗接触器。
