SCANLAB has delivered the first digital encoder-based intellisande 14 scanning systems for integration into manufacturing tools. intelliSCANde 14 is a fully digital scan head featuring a digital encoder for position feedback, IDRiver-based digital control electronics and a 20-bit SL2-100 control interface. Ideal for high-precision machining, intellisCANde 14 is designed for applications that require scan head speed and accuracy close to the high-end XY class

The intesCANde 14's extremely low drift allows it to be tiled in highly applied applications, reducing the need for additional inspection or readjust during the process. With no visible "jitter, perfect straightness, and a very high 20-bit position resolution, intellisCANde 14 has a tracking error of only 1301s, comparable to the fastest high-speed scanning heads available, and has the highest processing speed without burning out

The intellisande 14 is mechanically and electrically compatible with SCANLAB's existing line of hurrySCAN 1 14 and intelisCAN 14 scan heads and can be used in a variety of laser processing Settings
