PLC，电脑或是DCS都可以通过RS485串口和仪表连接，通过MODBUS-RTU组态来访问以上称重仪表，主要支持如下操作:

1，读取仪表显示重量

2，控制仪表去皮、清零、清皮、打印、数字去皮等等

3，远程校正、配置参数、加载预置点目标值等等

4，监控仪表的运行状态，包括监控预置点

5，读取仪表扩展输入口和控制仪表扩展输出口

通过MODBUS和主站PLC和HMI组网,大大降低了用户主站系统的配置要求,大大降低了用户系统成本

是能够单命名并立地完成一定功能的程序语句的集合(即程序代码和数据结构的集合体)。它具有两个基本的特征:外部特征和内部特征。外部特征是指模块跟外部环境联系的接口(即其他模块或程序调用该模块的方式包括有输入输出参数、引用的全局变量)和模块的功能;内部特征是指模块的内部环境具有的特点(即该模块的局部教据和程序代码)。

在实际运行操作中，已经设计了手动操作箱，有控制逻辑线路和手动按钮。手动按钮控制冷风机供电回路继电器吸合或放开，从而达到手动控制冷风机投运或切除的目的。如果操作人员根据负载情况和气候条件，及时投切冷风机，可达到既变压器可靠运行，又能延长冷风机使用寿命，并起到节约电能的目的。

然而，“及时投切”实施起来有困难。操作人员为了变压器可靠运行，习惯上采取冷风机全部投入运行的简化工作模式。这就造成了冷风机过渡运行，容易引发冷风机故障。
