【功能描述】

此变送器不具备防爆功能。

功能及原理：

MMS3311双通道转速/键相变送器将涡流传感器的脉冲输入转换成与转速成正比的输出，同时输出一个键相脉冲信号。

内置“自检"电路，监测传感器和变送器电路故障，如果发现故障，逻辑“OK"输出将改变状态，同时电流输出从4-20mA变为0mA。初始设置通过拨动开关和旋钮开关来完成。变送器的出厂设置为*常用的工作方式，工厂也可以按用户要求进行设置。

两个独立的涡流传感器输入。传感器为epro公司的PR6422/…，PR6423/…，PR6424/…，PR6425/…和PR6426/…。

测量范围：0-65535rpm。

测量信号输出：

一路正比于转速的0/4…20mA的电流输出，一路键相输出。

允许负载：<500Ω。

有短路和开路保护，通过夹线端子连接电缆。

两个带缓冲的电压输出（2-10V），每个通道一路，与输入信号成正比，用于测试，也可以用于分析和诊断目的；

一个“OK"状态输出和两个限值输出。

The dual channel speed/key phase transmitter MMS3311 is one of the MMS3000 transmitter series that monitors shaft speed and gives key phase pulses. The key signal can be triggered by the key phase slot on the shaft, or it can be generated by the velocity measurement gear disk.

The input of the transmitter is the epro eddy current sensor PR6422/... , PR6423/... , PR6424/... , PR6425/... , and PR6426/... .

Applications include various types of turbomachinery, large and small steam turbines, fans, blowers, compressors, gear boxes, centrifuges, pumps, coal mills and others.

This system is not only suitable for large equipment in power plants, refineries and chemical plants, combined with fieldbus and PLC, main computer and network, but also suitable for independent monitoring of small turbomachinery with few measuring points.

This transmitter is not explosion-proof.

Function and principle:

The MMS3311 dual-channel speed/key phase transmitter converts the pulse input of the eddy current sensor into an output proportional to the speed, and outputs a key phase pulse signal.

A built-in "self-check" circuit monitors sensor and transmitter circuit faults, and if a fault is found, the logic "OK" output changes state while the current output changes from 4-20mA to 0mA. Initial setup is done by toggle switches and knob switches. The factory setting of the transmitter is the most commonly used working mode, and the factory can also be set according to user requirements.

Measuring range: 0-65535rpm.

Measurement signal output:

All the way proportional to 1/4 of the speed... 20mA current output, one key phase output.

Allowable load: < 500Ω.

With short circuit and open circuit protection, the cable is connected through the clamp terminal.

Two buffered voltage outputs (2-10V), one for each channel, proportional to the input signal, for testing purposes, but also for analytical and diagnostic purposes;

One "OK" status output and two limit outputs.
