Enhanced design, 100% backwards compatibility's previous generation product (SST-PFB-CLX) is twice as fast. It is easy to change the module's running configuration mode with PLC. Without ladder code, the module can be dynamically added/deleted from the scanning list. PROFIBUS slave stations can be remotely configured and diagnosed through RSLinx.

Fieldbus module can be used in local or remote (through CIP network) platform to provide user-defined data space with up to 1984 bytes of input and 1968 bytes of output, support all PROFIBUS baud rates, including 45.45 kbps management DP-V1 service, and operate PROFIBUS-DP master station and slave station simultaneously.
