其前面板上有RS-232 串行接口,可以与主机连接进行数据采集和框架组态,波特率大38.4K,电缆长度要求长30m。后面的I/O(输入/输出)模块上有 RS-232/RS-422 串行接口,同样可以与主机连接进行数据采集和框架组态,大波特率38.4K,电缆长度:RS232为长30m,RS422为长1200m。RS422接口还能使使多台3500框架以链连接同3500 主机软件进行通讯。

前面板上各LED(发光 二极管)含义:  

OK LED:  当框架接口模块操作正常时闪亮;  

TX/RX LED: 当RIM 与3500 框架中的其它模块相互通讯时闪亮;  

TM LED: 当3500 框架处于报警倍增状态时闪亮;  

CONFIG OK LED: 当3500 框架的组态正确时闪亮。

3301/01-00-32-10-02-05系统输出正比于探头端部与被测导体表面之间的距离的电压信号。它既能进行静态(位移)测量又能进行动态(振动)测量,3301/01-00-32-10-02-05主要用于油膜轴承机械的振动和位移测量,以及键相位和转速测量。

3300 XL8mm 系统是我们性能先进的电涡流传感器系统,100%符合美国石油学会(API)为这类传感器制定的670 标准(第四版)。所有的3300 XL 8mm 电涡流传感器系统都能达到规定的性能标准,并且探头、延伸电缆和前置器具有完全可互换性,不需要单独的匹配组件或工作台校准。

3300 XL 8mm 传感器系统的每一个组件都是向后兼容的,并且和其它的非XL 3300 系列的5mm和8mm 传感器系统组件可互换。例如,当没有足够的空间安装8mm 探头时,通常使用3300 5mm 探头来代替。

3500/20 Frame interface module

3301/01-00-32-10-02-05 Frame Interface Module (RIM) is the basic interface of the 3500 frame. It supports Bent's proprietary protocols for framing and retrieving information from the unit. The frame interface module is placed in the first slot in the frame (next to the power supply). RIM can connect with compatible Bentley communication processors such as TDXnet, TDIX, and DDIX. Although RIM provides some common features for the entire framework, it is not part of the critical monitoring path, and 3301/01-00-32-10-02-05 has no impact on the correct and normal operation of the overall monitoring system. Each framework requires a framework interface module. 

There is a RS-232 serial interface on the front panel, which can be connected with the host for data acquisition and frame configuration, the baud rate is 38.4K, and the cable length is 30m. The rear I/O (input/output) module has a RS-232/RS-422 serial interface, which can also be connected with the host for data acquisition and frame configuration, with a large baud rate of 38.4K, and cable length: 30m for RS232 and 1200m for RS422. The RS422 interface also enables multiple 3500 frames to communicate with the 3500 host software in a chain connection.

The meanings of each LED (light-emitting diode) on the front panel:

OK LED: Lights up when the frame interface module is operating normally; 

TX/RX LED: Lights up when RIM communicates with other modules in the 3500 frame; 

TM LED: Lights up when the 3500 frame is in the alarm doubling state; 

CONFIG OK LED: Lights up when the 3500 frame is configured correctly.

The 3300 XL 8 mm eddy current sensor system consists of the following parts:

3300 XL preprocessor

3301/01-00-32-10-02-05 The system outputs a voltage signal proportional to the distance between the probe end and the surface of the conductor under test. It can carry out both static (displacement) measurement and dynamic (vibration) measurement, 3301/01-00-32-10-02-05 is mainly used for vibration and displacement measurement of oil film bearing machinery, as well as key phase and speed measurement.

The 3300 XL8mm system is our state-of-the-art eddy current sensor system that is 100% compliant with the American Petroleum Institute's (API) 670 standard (4th edition) for this type of sensor. All 3300 XL 8mm eddy current sensor systems meet specified performance standards, and the probe, extension cable and preconnector are fully interchangeable, requiring no separate matching assembly or bench calibration.

Every component of the 3300 XL 8mm sensor system is backward compatible and interchangeable with other 5mm and 8mm sensor system components of the non-XL 3300 series. For example, when there is not enough space to install an 8mm probe, a 3300 5mm probe is usually used instead.
