3500/25 Bently 增强型键相模块

The 3500/25 is an enhanced bond phase module developed by Bently Nevada. It is a semi-tall, dual-channel module for transmitting key confidence numbers to the monitor module in the 3500 rack. When the key phase marker on the shaft is aligned with the key phase transmission, the module detects the alignment using a magnetic sensor or proximity probe and converts the input signal into a digital key phase signal.

3500/25 Function Description

The 3500 Mechanical protection system can accept up to four key trust numbers for a regular setup and up to eight for a paired configuration. One or multiple event pulses per revolution of a rotating shaft or gear (called key confidence signals) can be used to accurately detect timing.

The pairing configuration requires two continuous monitoring positions in either the upper/lower half slot position or two half slot positions. Four Keyphasor modules will provide four output channels and accept four primary and four alternate input channels (one per module). It is also feasible to set up three Keyphasor modules, two coupled and one unpaired. Users can configure a single unpaired key phaser in this way (order two 2-channel or one 1-channel and one 2-channel option)

Isolate key phase input/output module

The lsolated Keyphasor I/O module is suitable for situations where many devices are connected to Keyphasor signals at the same time and where isolation from other systems, such as control systems, is required. Although designed primarily for magnetic pickup applications, the isolated I/ O module is compatible with Proximitor* applications and provides isolation for them as long as an external power supply is provided.

The primary objective of this V0 modyne is the X-quantity gulp rather than the phase, and this modyne can provide phase measurement, although the V0O introduces a greater phase shift than the non-isolated V/O version.
