传感器作为检测系统的信号源,其性能的子坏将直接影响检测系统的精度和其它指标,是检测系统中十分重要的环节。本书主要介绍工程上涉及面较广、应用较多、需求量大的各种物理量、化学成份量常用和先进的检测技术与实现方法以及如何选用合适的传感器,对传感器要求了解其工作原理、应用特点,而对如何提高现有各种传感器本身的技术性能、以及设计开发新的传感器则不作深入研究。通常检测仪器、检测系统设计师对传感器有如下要求:

(1)准确性:传感器的翰出信号必须准确地反应其输入量,即被测星变化。因此,传感器的输出与输入关系必须是严格的单值函数关系,最好是线性关系;

(2)稳定性:传感器的输入、输出的单值函数关系最好不随时间和温度而变化,受外界其它因素的干扰影响亦应很小,重复性要好;(3)灵敏度:即要求被测参量较小的变化就可使传感器获得较大的输出信号;

(4)其他:如耐腐蚀性好、低能耗、输出阻抗小和售价相对较低等。

各种传感器输出信号形式也不尽相同,通常有电荷、电压、电流、频率等;在设计检测系统、选择传感器时对此也应给予重视。

The 60M100 Condition Monitoring system continuouslymonitors wind turbine machine trains using sophisticatedsignal  processing algorithms and machine operating states. The 60MI00 Monitoring System,  as a part of condition-basedmaintenance, detects defects months in advance of a

potential failure.

Depending on the size of your wind farm, early detection canreduce outages and production loss,  saving you hundreds ofthousands to millions of dollars per year in lost revenue.  Withthe advanced knowledge provided by  the 60M100, you canschedule maintenance outages and crane operations inadvance, reducing maintenance costs.

The 60M100 Monitor can be used in several configurations:

.  As an independent, standalone condition monitoringsystem.

.  A networked, distributed collection of inter-operatingsystems.

.  As an integrated part of a machine OEM's control andinstrumentation package.

The 60MI00 monitor includes features and advantages notprovided in other systems.  The monitor systems have  allfunctionality required for condition monitoring of windturbine machine trains including signal conditioning,

alarming, configuration, speed inputs, and control systemcommunication.

The system components include: 60M100 Monitor,Adapt. windsoftware,Transducers and cables.

sophisticated signal processing algorithms extract dozens ofmeasurements and health indices from each accelerometerpoint  and can be custom tuned to specific bearing and gearbox characteristics.

As the signal source of the detection system, the performance of the sensor will directly affect the accuracy and other indicators of the detection system, which is a very important link in the detection system. This book mainly introduces various physical quantities and chemical components commonly used and advanced detection technologies and implementation methods that involve a wide range of engineering, more applications and large demands, as well as how to select appropriate sensors, and understand the working principle and application characteristics of sensors. However, how to improve the technical performance of the existing sensors and how to design and develop new sensors are not deeply studied. Usually testing instruments, testing system designers have the following requirements for sensors:

(1) Accuracy: the outgoing signal of the sensor must accurately reflect its input, that is, the change of the measured star. Therefore, the output and input relationship of the sensor must be a strict single-value function relationship, preferably a linear relationship;

(2) Stability: the single value function relationship of the input and output of the sensor is best not to change with time and temperature, and the interference effect of other external factors should also be small, and the repeatability is better; (3) Sensitivity: that is, small changes in the parameters to be measured can make the sensor obtain a larger output signal;

(4) Others: such as good corrosion resistance, low energy consumption, small output impedance and relatively low price.

Various sensor output signal forms are not the same, usually have charge, voltage, current, frequency and so on; It should also be paid attention to when designing the detection system and selecting the sensor.
