3500/65本特利是3500系列本特利安全监测系统的一个模块，通常安装于机器内部或表面，用于测量振动、位移、转速、压力、扭矩及能量等。

3500系列本特利安全监测系统主要由3500框架和电涡流传感器系统等构成。如果其中任何一部分发生故障，都会导致3500监测系统不能正常工作，从而影响设备的振动数据监测和设备稳定运行，严重时会导致关键设备的安全生产运行产生重大风险。

3500/65本特利的作用是提供16个温度监控通道，可以接受电阻温度检测器（RTD）和隔离尖端热电偶（TC）温度输入，监视器调节这些输入，将它们与用户可编程的报警设定点进行比较。

The 3500/65 Bentley is a module of the Series 3500 Bentley Safety monitoring system, usually installed inside or on the surface of the machine to measure vibration, displacement, speed, pressure, torque and energy.

The 3500 series Bentley safety monitoring system is mainly composed of 3500 frame and eddy current sensor system. If any part of it fails, it will cause the 3500 monitoring system to fail to work normally, which will affect the vibration data monitoring of the equipment and the stable operation of the equipment, and will lead to major risks in the safe production operation of key equipment.

The 3500/65 Bentley's role is to provide 16 temperature monitoring channels that can accept resistance temperature detector (RTD) and isolated tip thermocouple (TC) temperature inputs, which the monitor adjusts to compare them to user-programmable alarm setpoints.

The 3500 framework configuration software can be programmed to allow the 16-channel temperature monitor to accept isolated tip thermocouples, 3-wire RTDS, 4-wire RTDS, or a combination of TC and RTD inputs.

Each 3500 rack requires a TDI or RIM, which always occupies slot 1. (Next to the power supply).

The link between the 3500 monitoring system and compatible software is called the 3500/22M Transient Data Interface (TDI)(System 1 condition monitoring and diagnostic software and 3500 system configuration software). TDI combines 3500/20 rack interface modules (RIMfunctionality) with communication processors such as TDXnet to collect data.

In the 3500 rack, the TDI is located in the slot next to the power supply. In order to continuously collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data and transmit this data to the host software over an Ethernet link, it interacts with M-series monitors (3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.). TDI has traditional static data collection capabilities. However, TDI can also enable the disk to record dynamic, high-resolution transient data using an optional channel.

The 3500 rack contains the communication processing capabilities of TDI. While TDI performs some tasks shared by the entire rack, it is not a critical component of the monitoring system and is not relevant to how well the entire system monitors autonomous mechanical protection.
